1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the ZorbiLock application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Master Password. ZorbiLock does not store and cannot recover your Master Password. If you lose it, your data will be permanently inaccessible.

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use ZorbiLock for your personal or business use, subject to these terms.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code.
  • Use the service for any illegal activities.
  • Attempt to bypass any security measures or encryption.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

ZorbiLock is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive for maximum security and reliability, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Navelo Software be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use ZorbiLock.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bihar.
